Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty Coverage
Anywhere Energy products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Warranty Process
  1. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Anywhere Energy with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos or videos of the defect if requested
  3. The product must be returned to Anywhere Energy at the customer’s cost for inspection and testing.
  4. Return the product in its original packaging
  5. Once received, our team will investigate the fault to determine if it is covered under this warranty.
  6. We will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion
Remedy
  • If the product is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, Anywhere Energy will:
    • Provide a replacement product of equal or similar specification.
    • Reimburse the customer for reasonable freight costs incurred in returning the faulty product.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, unauthorised modification, or use contrary to instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumables.
  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g. power surges, lightning, water ingress, or acts of nature).
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel
  • Consumable parts and accessories
Limitations
  • This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.
  • Replacement products do not extend or restart the original warranty period.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anywhere Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Consumer Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

    What kind of battery does the Juice Box 2400 use?

    The Juice Box 2400 is powered by a LiFePO₄ (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery, known for its safety, long life, and thermal stability.

    How long will the Juice Box 2400 last?

    This totally depends on how much power (W) you're using. The Juice Box 2400 has a battery capacity of 2,496Wh, so if your appliance uses 50W (eg. car fridge) then you can expect a total of 49hrs runtime (2,496Wh/50W = 49.9h) at constant load.

    What safety features are built in to the Juice Box 2400?

    Internal temperature protection, output power protection, over-current protection, and voltage protections.

    Can I use the Juice Box 2400 with solar panels?

    Absolutely. The Juice Box 2400 is compatible with most portable solar panels. For the best results, we recommend using it with our Anywhere Energy 200W or 400W solar blankets.

    Can I charge the Juice Box 2400 while driving?

    Yes! The Juice Box can be charged while driving, from an existing cigarette lighter or Anderson plug, at a maximum rate of 120W. With our DC Boost Charger, you can charge the Juice Box 2400 from your vehicle at up to 600 watts, fully charging it in under 5 hours while on the move.

    Can the Juice Box 2400 be used to recharge caravan batteries?

    Yes, the Juice Box 2400 can be used to recharge caravan batteries, provided the batteries are compatible with the Juice Box’s DC or AC output (max. 2,400W) options.

    There are two main ways to do this:

    1. If your caravan battery system accepts a DC input and the voltage/amperage matches, you can connect directly using an appropriate cable.
    2. Plug a 240V AC smart charger into the Juice Box’s AC outlet, then connect it to your caravan battery (or usual caravan AC input plug). This ensures safe and efficient charging.

    When caravanning, we recommend keeping your Juice Box 2400 in your vehicle. That way, it charges via your vehicle while you're out on day trips. Once you return to camp, simply plug the Juice Box directly into your caravan’s AC input to recharge your onboard batteries.

    To maximise charging efficiency while driving, we also recommend coupling the Juice Box 2400 with our DC Boost Charger, which enables up to 600W charge rate from your vehicle — reducing recharge time and keeping your setup ready for whatever’s next.

    Can I use the Juice Box 2400 as an Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS)?


    Yes, the Juice Box 2400 features a built-in UPS mode with switching under 20 milliseconds. This means it can automatically detect a power outage and switch over to battery power almost instantly—fast enough to keep sensitive electronics like computers, modems, or medical devices running without interruption. It's a great backup solution for both home and work environments.

    Do you ship internationally?

    No. At this stage, Anywhere Energy only ships within Australia.

    Absolutely. The Juice Box 2400 is a clean, quiet, and powerful alternative to traditional petrol generators. With a massive 2,496Wh lithium battery and 2,400W AC output, it can run tools, appliances, and devices without the noise, fumes, or ongoing fuel costs of a generator.

    Unlike petrol units, the Juice Box 2400 is safe to use indoors or in confined spaces, requires no maintenance, and can be recharged via solar, wall socket, or your vehicle while on the move.

    What are the guaranteed life cycles of the Juice Box 2400 batteries?

    The Juice Box 2400 is guaranteed to retain at least 80% of its original capacity after 2,000 charge cycles, giving you years of reliable performance.
